Acceptance and related terms

By creating an account, clicking a button that indicates acceptance, ordering credits, submitting a request, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

A proposal, statement of work, invoice, order page, or other written agreement accepted by you and RUFHUB may include additional terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific signed or accepted agreement controls for that transaction. These Terms do not by themselves require RUFHUB to accept or perform professional services.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use an account or purchase Services. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. The Services are not intended for consumer, household, or personal use.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by RUFHUB's breach of these Terms or applicable law. Do not share an account in a way that defeats security or access controls. Notify RUFHUB promptly through the website if you suspect unauthorized use.

RUFHUB may require recent authentication or other reasonable security steps. You may review and revoke sessions, export account data, or request account closure and deletion through the Profile area. Account deletion is subject to the 30-day recovery period and limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Limited license and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, RUFHUB grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, impersonate anyone, or submit information you do not have the right to use;
• probe, scan, attack, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, availability, or other technical restrictions;
• access another user's account or non-public systems, or attempt to obtain credentials, secrets, source code, or data through unauthorized means;
• introduce malware, spam, deceptive content, or harmful code;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer, copy, frame, mirror, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from protected portions of the Services except where applicable law does not permit that restriction; or
• use outputs to make unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, high-impact, or fully automated decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, health care, or legal rights.

Your content and instructions

"Your Content" means information, prompts, URLs, text, notes, messages, and other materials you submit to the current Services. You retain any ownership rights you have in Your Content. You grant RUFHUB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical or analytical derivatives of Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for RUFHUB and its service providers to process Your Content as described. Do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, account passwords, regulated health data, personal data about children, or other sensitive or regulated information unless a separate written agreement expressly authorizes it.

Research, AI features, and outputs

Current self-service research tools provide RUFHUB planning logic, not live third-party keyword, ranking, backlink, or authority data. You may save AI visibility snapshot inputs as drafts, but external provider-powered AI execution is paused and is not currently part of the generally available Services. RUFHUB may add, change, or remove research methods and provider-powered features as described under "Changes to the Services or these Terms."

Research results, saved outputs from earlier provider runs, citations, scores, keyword ideas, backlink or authority screens, recommendations, reports, and other outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or contain third-party content. Any AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may differ between runs. RUFHUB does not guarantee that a cited source supports every statement or that a third-party platform will continue to display the same information.

You must review outputs and independently verify important facts before publishing, implementing, or relying on them. Outputs are for business research and planning and are not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions, content, legal compliance, disclosures, and use of outputs.

Projects, requests, and professional services

Submitting an audit, visibility-check, service, Growth Desk, or other request does not create a client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or employment relationship; guarantee acceptance or availability; or obligate RUFHUB to perform work. A professional-services engagement begins only when the parties accept in writing its scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment, cancellation, and other project terms.

If RUFHUB performs professional services, you are responsible for accurate information, timely access and feedback, approvals, brand and compliance instructions, and rights to materials you provide. Delays in access, approval, implementation, or payment may affect timelines and results.

Search rankings, indexing, AI mentions, citations, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, platform availability, and similar outcomes are controlled by many factors and are not guaranteed.

Credits, orders, payment, and refunds

Research Credits are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access eligible RUFHUB research functions. Credits are not money, stored value, a bank deposit, or property; have no cash value; cannot be transferred between accounts; and may be used only as described in the Services. The applicable credit cost is shown before a research run. Except where required by law or caused by a verified RUFHUB error, credits used for a completed run are not restored merely because you dislike or do not use the result.

Submitting the current credit-order form creates an order with a "Payment link requested" status. It does not authorize a charge, complete a purchase, or add paid credits. Automated payment-provider checkout and payment processing are not active, and the current application does not offer automatic-renewal credit orders.

RUFHUB may issue test credits to an authorized test account or make an audited administrator correction to a credit balance. Credits used for a completed research run are deducted through the application. The current application does not provide a customer payment or refund workflow.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the RUFHUB name and branding, software, website design, interfaces, written content, visuals, frameworks, templates, and documentation, are owned by RUFHUB or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

Ownership and permitted use of professional-service deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, RUFHUB retains its pre-existing materials, tools, methods, processes, templates, reusable frameworks, and general know-how.

If you provide feedback, you grant RUFHUB a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided RUFHUB does not identify you publicly as the source without permission.

Third-party services and content

The current Services use Google sign-in when you choose it, rely on infrastructure providers, and may link to public websites, search results, business listings, and other third-party content. Third-party terms, privacy practices, content, availability, and decisions are their own. RUFHUB does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, and a link or integration does not imply endorsement.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure and deletion through Profile. The current administrator controls allow RUFHUB to suspend account access and revoke active sessions if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, failed to pay an amount due, or if suspension is necessary to protect the Services or others. An administrator may restore a suspended account, but restoration does not create a new session. When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute and general provisions. Account data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable written agreements.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RUFHUB DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND RESULTS. RUFHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUFHUB AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RUFHUB FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US$100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and are an essential basis of the agreement.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUFHUB and its owners, personnel, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from Your Content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of another person's rights. RUFHUB will give reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control its defense and settlement; you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes obligations on RUFHUB without written consent.

Changes to the Services or these Terms

RUFHUB may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes to the Services, business, or law. We will post revised Terms and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide reasonable additional notice through the Services or another available method. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights or increase liability for conduct that occurred before they took effect unless you expressly agree or law requires otherwise. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

General terms

You may not assign these Terms without RUFHUB's written consent. RUFHUB may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permissible extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation." These Terms and any applicable written transaction terms are the entire agreement about their subject matter and supersede prior discussions about it.

Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
